Bad service, greedy sales agents

The telesales agent refused to let the sale go to the business department and put my business fleet on my personal name I’ve tried to change it for the past 2months and still no feed back I have canceled my account and still they haven’t stopped it or removed the device from my business vehicle . This is just greed for a sale the service is the worst and they don’t call you to set up speed limit notifications due to the sales agents greed car track wants me to pay R2800 cancellation fees even though they wrong and can’t help me for the past two months move the vehicles to business. I would advise not to buy this service they so unprofessional and have no standards customers mean nothing but a sale and a pay check to them .I have never received any invoices only debit orders .. if your car gets ****** I’m sure they will not find it and will not pay you out that’s how unprofessional their business is making me feel ..very unsafe!!! You can call 20 times a day
