Bad service from Nadia at accounts department rude and condescending nxa

I would like express my disappointment in your agent called Nadia or whatever she is rude, impatient and doesn't deserve to work in a call Centre clearly she has no intention to assist client, i called to enquire needing infor about the referal promo she was inpatient when i asked her to please explain she was like exactly what i said talking to me like im her damn child, i requested to talk to her Supervisor before i could even finished she had already transferred which by the way iv been holding on the line for the so called Supervisor. My first time to actually experience such disrespect, i always call cartrack and be assisted professionally so im soo disappointed you tell you Agent NADIA shes needs to look for another job clearly shes not for the people, i would actually rate her - 0 for her ****** nasty service nxaa how dare she😡😡😡😡😡 i pay for my service as if shes doing me a favour yeerrr, yol better sort ypur agents out.
