Bad service from cartrack

Cartrack makes appointments to install tracking unit...never show up on 2 different days. They phone you and put phone down immediately....then argue they phoned but you didnt answer.....if you dontvshow for appointment the want to charge call out fee of R600.....so it means they must pay me a wadte of time fee twice....! Very unprofesional service. I believe the first tracker company that can give profesional service can get my money.....cartrack very very unprofesional.........how are they going to find my car....or are they *****ing our money.....?
