Bad service from Cartrack

Cartrack phoned me on 2 Jan 2020 asking me to install their product into my car which they did install. Unfortunately I am having a problem from day 1, everytime I used my car then I get a message to say they have received an alert that either my cars is tampered with or it has been ******. I have taken this up with them (spoke to a Ziggy) he was going to arrange for somebody to come out to my house to fix the problem, today haven't heard a word from them. I have also send numerous whatsapps without any success. I gave also read numerous complaints from clients about the poor service Cartrack has given them. I have in my WhatsApp to Cartrack told them if I do not get response by close of business yesterday I am going to bene Ann shame them on Helko Peter. Hopefully the notice my complain and will then react. They quick enough to take money out of your bank account but when you try and contact them when you have a problem then there is just no response.
