Bad service from cartrack

At first I installed one of their device on my motorcycle and I could see on my app that it functioning well,days goes by the app couldn’t locate the bike and did report and technician came by and “fixed” which initially he made it worse from the 30th of may 2022, on the 6th of September I requested a positioning of the bike,they provided me the last positioning of 30th of may 2022 the last day technician was fixing the device. To make it worse I was paying for the device which last worked 4 months ago,and they still denying that their device was not working.
