Bad Service from Cartrack

I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company like I have from Cartrack, one one calls you back and when they eventually do, no one takes ownership in dealing with your query ot. Actually WANTING to assist you. I will personally not refer this company to anyone as a result of the fact that they are unprofessional, unorganized...

Wrong tracker was installed in my vehicle of which I had to carry the cost of! Came to car track twice and the second time around, after making the appointment, the technician was not even available...
