Bad service from car track, bunch of idiots

Worst service ever received by these guys... Recently purchased a new car from a dealership & car track will not remove there device from a vehicle which i own.. Full of **** these bunch of idiots!!! Its been over 2 months now im still awaiting for them to call me back, every time i call in they always say they wid call me back but never received a call
