Bad service from Car track and poor service delivery

Using Car track is an absolute waist as they were unable to recover my vehicle and claiming to only found it through a 3rd party, confirmed via email, why am i paying them for a service if they cant deliver?? and they double the price of the tracking company who did find my vehicle, then putting a warranty claim in they full of stories after ive sent numerous queries, they just don't get back you and still debit you after a month, even escalating to there CEO Escalation email, still no service or feedback, i would not recommend them at all.
