Bad Service From Accounts

I am being harassed by cartrack for their payment, during lockdown i sent them a request for payment holiday instead of attending to my request they ignored it and continued debiting my account to a point of accumulating 3600 worth of bank charges, I have since reported and to this day not even a team leader or supervisor has been in contact with me to resolve my matter, instead they call me non stop to deman payment , i want my query to be resolved . No customer service all they are after is money. I am not going to pay until I am contacted and my issue is attended to
