Bad service experience with cartrack

Join cartrack in 2019 , no issues with them for the past 5 years . Only certificate of installation was issued to me upon joining them nothing else. 29 June 2024 I was hijacked in Silverton at the salon . I notified them and send a recovery search which my car was seen entering mamelodi, after few hours my cartrack was disconnected and they couldn't see it anymore. I keep on calling for feedback with no luck 26 July 2024 I send them an email as a month passes without feedback on my car. Same date I received a response saying my tracker lost warranty in 2023 July and an attached of agreement from them. And I cannot be compensated the 150 000 for failing to recover my car. What makes matter till today my bank is being debited the monthly premiums of R157. When I call them I have been transferred from one department to the next or a manager will call me back. The service I received after being hijacked is unbelievable. Yet they continue to debit my bank account. Becareful when joining you must have an agreement documents with them , as I thought certificate of installation was all needed. If something happens to your car some clause will be used against your claim even if you still wanted to know what's next but no feedback will be given formally. So my car is gone just like that.My relationship ended with cartrack over an agreement which I did not receive from them but got it while I enquire about my car. Why continue to debit if the company fail to recover the car and said I cannot be compensated the warranty value. The Cartrack was in working condition, they were able to see all movements from 2019 till 29 June 2024. Payments never missed, no communication to state I must renew my warranty.
