BAD SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the badest tracking company you must be attempt and take!!. I am so dissapointed, these guys have been with them for like 2 years now, it happened i bought another car and asked them to do the deinstall and they deducted the money for their deinstall, but it took them like 2 weeks for the them to assign a technician, to go do the deinstall, i ve been recording the calls with them incase something goes wrong like, now, they came and install but one of their technician said he couldnt go to Mpumalanga delearship to do the deinstall, now they are starting to deduct me for two trackers for their fault and negligence. Friday the, 25/03/2022, was on call with them for 1 hr, waiting to speak with right person assist me with the faulty tracker installed in my new car and the deinstall that they ddnt do but they took my money for deinstall and now they also want to deduct me for two trackers. I wish if this post can be seen by one of their CEO, or any person in Senior position at Cartrack.
