Bad service ever

I've cancelled my account with you guys was told il be paying 764 but was debited twice over 933 I keep receiving text on WhatsApp app my account payment of 933 was not received back and forth I am sick and tired with your company and would definitely not consider putting a new tracker from you guys on my next vehicle next month please I am sick of the text emails and calls I keep getting rectify the era and stop calling me I am sick of this now
