BAD SERVICE EVER AND UNPROFFESSIONAL
Bad service ever, they are ******. They have installed a unit that is faulty nd not working in my buy they keep on deducting from my account. I have called them many occassions to trace and position my vehicle., they coulnt trace it even thought it was parked outside their office s in Gooddwood N1 CITY. I called their contact centre on many occassion s to cancel my contaract with thwm . They have putted my call on hold the whole day.

10 Jul 2019, 15:16First you need train your employees how to talk to their clients. I spoke to a lady by the name Zanele, she was very rude to me and she shouted, she even drop the line while I was busy talking to her. Please attend to this matter ASAP
