Bad service

My sister was abducted while trying to enter the house. They took her after she opened the gate and garage. My grandmother heard her scream, then she vanished. She immediately called me, and I contacted both the car tracker and the police. Unfortunately, she had listed me as the next of kin. When I explained the situation to the car tracker consultant, they acknowledged my listing but said they could only monitor the vehicle.

I went to the police station, but they requested a case number before they could take action. This process takes time, which was critical as my sister's life was in danger. Despite pleading with the car tracker for the vehicle's location, they refused to provide it and insisted on only monitoring the vehicle.

To cut a long story short, my sister was indeed kidnapped, held hostage, and money was taken from her account. She lost R16,000 and could have been subjected to further harm. It's deeply distressing that the car tracker took their time to respond to such a serious situation
