Bad service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning I'm a customer at car track the service is very bad when you apply for contract full of nice talks but when you have serouis problems they don't care the only thing they care about is money I call for technical service many time to come check my battery loses power because of there units have my battery been tested till today I have to beg them to come check it then after the only thing they need me to understand is that you must pay before even they assist me I'm finish cat track must come remove all your units in my vehicle will get new contract with matrix never used them again ......
