Bad service delivery by CARTRACK

CARTRACK continued offering me bad service when I call them they just drop my calls while I'm busy talking and never bothered to get back to me.At first they offered me wrong service that that I never requested for ,i requested for cameras that shows the whole view of the vehicle but instead they offered me one front camera which is not even in good working condition. They were supposed to tell me from the beginning that they do not offer the cameras that shows the whole view side of the vehicle. on top of that their app is not showing the right location of the vehicle and their cameras are always in bad working conditions but they always expect to debit money on monthly basis.
