Bad service

I have had a bad experience with car tracker as they are misselling things to clients. I had an emergency but they dis not notify the family or even go check why the guy was in the middle of no where and we are told that as tje family we are the third party when we request for the footage to see what really happened. They didn't even detect that the battery is being taken out and they busy transferring us to one department to the other. They kept on saying I should wait for Nkateko Ramabula who is gonna call but never called when I called back they said she is not in. Then I was transferred to another Supervisor by the name of Karabo dan was sent to customer services for footage and Karabo Lebogo said she can't give me anything as am not listed dan even the Supervisor Charles Nkuna didn't even bother to talk to me and they busy requesting to speak to a dead person. Car tracker is insensitive and they are lairs and make up excuses but when they selling the products they don't tell us all of this
