Bad service

Bad service. They sent me a message saying my unit is faulty and I should call them. I did. No one picked. I received a call yesterday from someone asking me to upgrade my unit for a the one that has back up battery. I told her I cant take a new product with them if they cant even help me with my old one and she said she will call me back the same day but never did
