Cartrack is just a ****,i just requested a recording of my call with 1 of their workers that somehow informed me with wrong information, now that I need the recording so that we can go back to the initial conversation so to prove the wrong info that infored the decision, i only find that there's no way i can get the recording and i need to make a trip to the nearest office to request to LISTEN to it, what nonsense is that
