Bad service

Its sad cause i thought car track is best ever only to find they have hidden cost firstly they didnt even send me a contract to say if i cancell i,ll need to pay a certain amount now the lawyers calls me to ask me i didmt read the contract well the consulatant was rude now i owe them i alot off money that i dont know how it came about how is this possible now i have a battery problem because have to devices on my vehicle it damages the battery how do i go about cause i dont even know these lawyers they use they are so unprofessional so that you know i didnt even receive the contract i dont even know the procedure to cancel
