Bad Service

Accountant Nhlanhla has bad customer service skills. He dropped the call on me while speaking asking about my refund status. I have been asking for a refund for the past 17 days and still nothing they said it would take 7-14 working days but it has passed and no one has come back to me instead they want me to reconsider using the money for my next invoice after I have already requested a refund. This is totally unacceptable to overcharge a client but refuse to refund them their money.
