Bad service by CARTRACK
CARTRACK delivered me the service that I didn't request for and expecting me to pay for pro rata while during that time their equipments was not in good working condition.

They offer you a service that you didn't request for and expecting you to pay.They also requested me to pay for pro rata while their equipments was not in good working condition during that time so I don't understand why should I pay for the service which was not delivered to me.

04 May 2026, 04:00I need this matter to be fixed as early as possible because it is not fair to pay for pro rata while your equipment that you installed on my car was not in good working condition during that time.
And firstly I requested for my car to have cameras that shows all the outer view sides of the vehicle but instead I received something which I never requested for. This is very unfair they were supposed to tell me from the beginning that they do not offer cameras that shows all the outer sides of the vehicle ,rather than offering only a camera that shows only in the front of the vehicle 😕 😢 and is not something that I requested for.After all they expected me to pay for that.
