Bad Service

Worst service ever that I have encountered with Cartrack, I had 5 bikes plus my car I installed their units. My car and 1 bike was ****** and was never recovered by Cartrack, now as 2 of my contract is of the 5 bikes is expired and I don’t want to want to continue with their contract as it has come to and end now I must be charged extra and I have called was advised that I will pay my last instalment for the one expires on the 8 of November. So if we don’t want to continue with the contract after 3 years of paying for bad service ever . I was told that my settlement was R361 I even paid it manually. Disappointed customer I don’t think I will ever refer my family or friends to Cartrack.
