Bad service

One technician came on Wednesday to check on my tracking device and in that process he damaged part of my car's dashboard. He did not have the courtesy to inform me. I have reached out to Cartrack and till now nobody has bothered calling me to assist. I am very much disappointed with such level of dishonesty and ********* behaviour from what I had regarded as a reputable organisation
