Bad service

Very very bad service I got from Cartrack JHB. I want to take the device out my old vehicle to put in my new vehicle and the ops room didn't made an appointment for me to take the device out of my vehicle. They phone you for everything except for the things you want them to do. I will never recommend Cartrack to any one and I am not going to pay any money to Cartrack any more because the service is -1000% like I said they want there money but they don't give the service me as client want. This is not the first time I had problems with Cartrack its for the past year and a half. Like I said Cartrack is a bad tracker company.
