Bad service

I had a contract of 3 years with cartrack which ended in 2022. No one ever called to renew the contract until 2024, every year they increase premiums. I called in June to enquire about my contract, I was told it's a month to month. I requested the contract or clause of the month to month. I never received. I then called to cancel the contract and I reversed my premium the next month. Now it's October they are still attempting to deduct money from account even though I even sent an email to cancel and also they sent a message saying their services will be discontinued when I don't pay. I did not pay bit they still deduct. Am I not allowed to leave the company when I no longer want it
