Bad Service and useless

am very upset with cartrack and I can't recommend people to do business with them as they scheme ppl, since from 2019 December my car has never been covered but been paying on monthly basis, each time when I call to test my unit I have been told that they can't see/trace my car, today I spoke to another consultant and he told me straight up that the unit has faulty but non of them never called or come rectify the problem instead am the one who always calls...am no longer interested in doing business with you, I want my contract to be canceled and I want all the money I have paid since 2019 as I was paying for nothing. You disgust me
