Bad service and unreliable company to trust with my car

This company service is very bad and i m cancelling my contract, i had a car battery problem on the 19/05/2023 around 6pm and i took out my battery and put another 1 to try, and after i found that the battery is dead i took it off the whole night, on the 20th i put in another 1 around 1pm,and i drove for about 40 kms to buy a brand new battery, the battery was taken off and a new 1 put around 2pm,but i did not receive any call in this instances. Meaning if the battery is remobed they can not see on their system so wahts the use
