Bad Service and threatened by Lawyers within the first month of car purchase

Bad service no contract and threatened with lawyers in the first month I bought a car in Novermber 2025, and the vehicle had a Ctracker in and was told it will just be carried into my name. I recieved a certificate for the insurance but received no contract for Ts&Cs and they then sent me a what's app at the end of the month telling me they double debited my account and apologized and said they will fix it in time as there is a glitch. Then a debit was taken on the 3rd Dec, then I get a message via sms that the debit order did not go through and an email to tell me it did not go through. Then I got a call on the 4th Drc telling me I have been handed over to their Attoneys I have not even had the car a month yet. After calling and speaking to 5 different people, and ask for a contract that has their terms and conditions of this contract they expect me to adhere to, I recive nothing, but they want me to pay R2650 to remove a tracker and pay my installment, but I have no formal contract. All I got sent was a certificate to sent to insurance. Then I must ahere to what exactly and im a new customer which took over a old contract supposedly. How can you hold anyone to a contract with terms and conditions when we did not recive one to agree to any? I will cancel and I will get a lawyer, you want to hold me accountable for a contract I never recieved.
