Bad service and professionalism

I have been a good customer to Cartrack,and it seems like they don't have the same professional service as I did,I've been requesting they reinstall the unit and no one made an efford to contact me regarding this issue so I felt like reversing the money I paid to be up to date,now I received an email from their Lawyers stating that I'm served.

Cartrack costumer services are very unprofessional and I don't deserve the quality that I have been receiving
