Bad service and poor representation.

Had a strange call from Cartrack. Wanted a quote to install a car tracker, after lots of questions and information the caller wanted my bank details and insisted that I will have to agree to a bank debit order before the device is install and the certificate for insurance purposes are issued. Sounds suspect to me.
