bad service and no value for money

the units that car track is using are nt good at all,they keep losing signal and not showing the correct location which is misleading adn deceive the whole purpose of having atracker in your car,when you call the call centre they are not helpful,and this happening quite offern and have been reporting it since last year and nothing has been done to date,as a result im very diapointed because i cant even locate where the car is ,wonder what one need to do to get a value for money ,car track is not the same anymore and its just chowing our money and not assist us at all,what is the point of having a car track if you cant track the car ,it will show a location where a car pass 5 hours ago
