Bad service and no assistance

This company is the worst. Firstly their technician messed my car during the installation process and left my car with the power steering light illuminating. His manger also failed to fix it and he messed up my central lock system. Additionally the senior technician came to inspect the car and he failed to fix it and when I ask for a constructive report he told me that google says the illuminating light is not caused by the tracking unit and when I call the head office I’m being transferred from pillar to post and even put on hold for 30 minutes at times
