Bad service and installing dead trackersl

I am currently going through a bad experience with car track bad service ,l signed a bike contract with them when am asking for the bike positioning,they told me the bike unit wasn't working came ,to install another unit which is still not working hence they still deducting my money for a tracker that is not working
