Bad service and after sales service

They where quick to do the debit order and install their unit But after I wrote the car of and recovered from the accident and called them and spoke to them and arranged to hv the unite taken out of my old car as it was written of And kept at their office for re installation into my new OPC Corsa I had to Ph the s**** yard and get the adress and contact person so they Cld go to retreave the unit As I'm paying my installment That was last year August So in Desember they called me to say do I know my battery has been disconnected and if I don't know it might be a theft happening and should they rezpond On Whitch I responded that my tracker should be in their office ready for installation into my new car in Stall in January So they cldnt retrieve my unit on which I wS still paying my installment So I requested that a manager call me It's beem 5 months that I'm reversing their payment montly And no one has PhD me up to date But their accounts department Ph me every day And still no manager PhD me up to date I'll never pay them They are a stupid company and don't know their ass fro.
