Bad service and a total *******

Bad service from cartrack, I took my car back to the dealership as it was giving me problems. The engine broke down and now they are trying to penalize me for that, I asked them to do a transfer of they unit and they want to charge me for it? Cartrack is a ****, it's starting to feel like they only interested in getting money from us that providing a service. Please cancel my account and stop threatening me that you will blacklist me please.
