Bad service all over

I would have loved to have a minus star rating, as that woukd have been my rating for Cartrack. More than 2 months later, still no refund after they informed us we need to eft and then deducted via d.order the same night. When you call you get transferred all over with the one blaming the other. After following up re our refund( a month after we've paid and requested the refund) we were told to send proof of payment. Which we did.. a month later... Cartrack is missing in action. I will NEVER EVER use or refer this company.
