Bad service

Hi guys I got call from cartrack last week the told they are coming to install cartrack yesterday where they pop diesel ⛽ that small door was opened I ask drive he told those people who we're installing track is them I call customer service and the lady was so rude she told me she don't understand my language but she black like me she told me she will organization someone to call me back she never show the importance why I can you can't leave that thing open if someone pop something to damage my car who will be reasonable for the damage cartrack pls fix that diesel cap pls.or I will take this matter to legal department your staff I'm not happy they they handle us they got paid because of us.
