Bad Service.
I had the worst experience ever. I'm very disappointed,I feel like they advertising lies. I've been calling car track to do fitting and all they do is lie instead of helping.
I called them a week before last and they scheduled a technician on Friday. He ddnt pitch. I called them again and they scheduled for Saturday in the Morning. No one came. I called them and scheduled for today at 8 I was told that the technician is stuck somewhere but he is coming, no one came. I called them now and they said the technician is off sick. This is unacceptable.
They have a poor service, I'm really disappointed. I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

13 Dec 2024, 19:31I have received a call from one of the ladies by the name of Ayanda earlier today, she told me that they have scheduled a technician to come and install. She assured me that someone will come and they cannot confirm the time. We updated the address because i was driving the car today. No one came, this is a joke honestly. They keep on promising lies. yoh I'm out of words. Cartrack is disappointing.
