Bad service

Bad service every 6 months their unit becomes faulty. Call them on 23 December to check the unit if is working. Only to find its not working and was promised it will be sorted within 48hrs. Following day I was told they will only be able to fix it next year. Now driving with a car with tracker that is not working. And if my car get ****** I won't cover but I am paying every month. Bad service from cartrack.
