Bad Service

Every time our Vehicle is in for a serviced or worked on they phone to ask about the battery being disconnected which I do understand, what I don't understand is that they will phone continuously even after they told you they will make a note on their system that you will phone when the work is done. Or they will phone and before you can answer the will cancel the call and phone the next number. This is getting irritating and as soon as I can cancel I will.
