BAD SERVICE

I would give zero stars if i could, Cartrack is the most useless highly not recommended please use another services provider, i took out a Cartrack device for one of my cars i then traded my car and bought another car i then called car track to re-install a new device on my new car, i clearly told the agent that he should not take a new contract without cancelling the old one, he did not listen to me because he was too exited to make a sale! i was now getting charged for 2 cars my car and a car i don't own, after a few months of this i decided to reverse the charges i am still getting charged they sent me a SMS stating i will be blacklisted! Please can someone in management call me regarding this.
