BAD SERVICE

After I logged a complaint on the 30 March 2023, I received a call with the promised that the technician is coming to fit the device on Saturday 1st April 2023, I stayed in the house the whole day and no one came , on Sunday morning then i get another call from Nicole whom has no idea that i was waiting for technician a day before her call or she was aware but maybe ashamed she promised me for Thursday 6th , but R223 + R200 both debited on Saturday, Car tracker this is a joke - 5004 calls and only 572 rated you good, is an evident of a joke
