Bad service

I bought a car that was financed by MFC than Cartrack gave me a call and convinced me to take their device, they told me that if they don't recover the car they will pay R150 000. Than I was hijacked after that, I gave them a call to track the car along with Police but they told me that they cannot track the car, I gave them a call after weeks for the the recovery money but they were dropping my calls and claiming that they never have me on their system as their client. I have tried different way with the Police to get that money so that it can help me to pay off the car but nex till today
