Bad service

So disappointed 😞. Imagine on my first month of a dash cam I got a bad service. We agreed on a R139 cover to my surprise I received a call saying I owe them 209 which is not what we agreed on. How do I trust car track? I tried to call them and no one is attending to my complain all they say is my account is in arrears. I need urgent help.
