Bad service

I called Cartrack tp move my account structure from my name to my business name, i have 5 vehicles on my personal name, i only want the account to be moved from my name to my company name, your customer service agents expect me to fill the change of ownership 5 times 1 for each vehicle, surely there should be an addendum form for me to fill that will enable 1 account with multiple vehicles to move from a personal name to a company name, so the expect me to fill 5 forms at the cost of R350 per form when its just moving the account from my name to my company name?
