Bad service!!!

I've written a review few weeks ago regarding cartrack's bad service, spoke with one of their managers and promised me that they will look into this matter of me trying to cancel my policy with them sincee2020 , it's only now after the review that they've sent me a cancellation form. I've just been sent a message stating that I will be summoned by their lawyers because I'm owing them over R4000 !!! Who's fault is it that they didn't cancel the policy back in 2020?? Is this how they treat their clients?? I'm still maintaining that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
