Bad service

Cartrack doesn't care the only care from them it's to debit money, I have a issue with my car last I requested an help they never help me. Again I had a same issue I requested an help again never take my request serious until I decided to change them now they want to pay an cancelation money how come because they violeted the contract by not helping me.
