Bad service

Nonsense company this... My car was taken from a parking lot at spar and parked at a taxi rank. Called cartrack and I was told to open a case before I get assistance. Furthermore they told me that they dont enter into a taxi rank. Lunched a complain via their Facebook page, a very rude manager called me, could not even finish the call. I wanted to cancel and i was told to pay for the whole contrac of 3 years yet they were the ones who are at fault. Now am stuck with this useless company because they threatened me with credit bureau.
