Bad service

Cartrack was installed into my vehicle 2 weeks ago. Today the whole device fell on my floor board unplugged. How the hell do you install devices. I thought it should be out if sight and tamper proof worse part they phoned and when I told them what happend the person said aa no they will need to phone tec dep will phone me
